Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Within India, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. For United States, delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Currently only shipping to United States , but, we will ship anywhere on request. International Customers please drop an email on info@tglc.co.in requesting product to be shipped to their country and we will gladly do.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all tags and packaging .
Are returns free of charge?
Customers within India enjoy free returns.
Customers in the United States and elsewhere are kindly requested to bear their return shipping costs .
How can I initiate a return?
Simply contact our customer care team on returns@tglc.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide detailed instructions to guide you through the process .

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If the product you wish to exchange is available, we will arrange for a replacement once the returned item is received. If it is unavailable, a refund will be processed .
Refunds
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment .
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered .

How can I check if an item is in stock?
Availability is clearly displayed on each product page. If an item is out of stock, kindly sign up for restock notifications, and we will reach out when it becomes available again .
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package’s journey .
